Your Order
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
We can only change your order if we have not yet personalised or dispatched it. If you spot something you wish to change just email us at info@thecraftywaves.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to organise this for you.
Can I cancel my order?
The order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed . However if you wish to make some minor changes , you can contact us through email at info@thecraftywaves.com
Where is my order?
If you want to track your package after it has been dispatched, please email us at info@thecraftywaves.com and we will be able to provide you with your tracking number.
My order has arrived but there is an issue. What can I do?
We strive to delight with every single order however we understand and appreciate issues can arise from time to time. If you’ve received your order and something isn’t quite right, please do reach out to us straight away as we’re always more than happy to resolve any issues.
Products
The product I would like to order is out of stock, when will it come back in?
If an item you are after is out of stock, please do reach out and we can let you know if we’re planning on restocking, and will aim to give you a rough date. If you see ‘preorder’ on a product, this means it’s coming very soon and can be pre-purchased.
Payments
How can I pay for my order?
All payments must be received by us prior to shipping unless the order is placed by using Cash on delivery (COD) payment mode. Currently we are not accepting Cash on Delivery at the moment. However, We are trying to activate COD orders very soon. We currently accept payment by credit card, debit card, Google pay, mobile payments.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure in so far as it is in our power to do so.
We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. Newsletter
I’ve signed up to the newsletter but haven’t received the welcome email yet. What can I do?
Yay, we’re thrilled to have you! If you’ve signed up but are still awaiting the welcome newsletter, please check your junk or spam inbox as sometimes this email can end up in there. If you still haven’t received this after an hour, please reach out to us at info@thecraftywaves.com and we can look into it for you.

Returns and refunds
We very much hope that you will be delighted with any product(s) you order from us, but in case you wish to return the product you can contact us. You can do this via email at info@thecraftywaves.com and submit pictures of the same.
After contacting us, you must return goods in an unused state complete with any packaging and we will refund you the amount paid for your order.
In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services. Please note that the return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. The Shipping charges and any other promotional offers applied will be deducted accordingly from the refund .Upon recieving the return and following all verification process, the refund will be issued into the original payment mode within 3 business days.
